‘Firefly’ 1x01

#that awkward moment you’re watching the show with someone the first time and you’re trying your hardest not to burst out loud laughing the second he says ‘kaylee’s dead’ because they would think you’re mental and a horrible person #and yet it’s nearly impossible to keep a straight face because all you can picture is the last gif in your head #THIS SHOW #THIS CAST #LOL

AAGGHHHH THIS SO MUCH.  I resort to covering my mouth when I watch this part with a Firefly newb.  BECAUSE IT’S THE BEST.

I only got around to watching this show for the first time last night (yeah I know, reeeally late to the party) and this almost killed me. I had completely fallen in love with Kaylee already, and then to think that Joss had killed her… I was sobbing and fist-shaking, and then it was all a twisted joke… Joss Whedon is truly an evil genius.
